What happens?

During a mentored course, I walk along side you as you gaze into the mirror that is your life. I will offer you multidimensional perspectives and tools so that you may come to understand at a cellular level the powerful truth that you are the creator of your reality.

What does this mean?

It means I assist you in finding out who you truly are — knowing yourself — via expanding your self-awareness. Participating in any of these courses below will take you to the next level of your self-knowledge.

How does this work?

By being exposed to multidimensional perspectives and seeing more of yourself, you begin to connect with the authentic part of yourself — your higher self. Everything in this process revolves around reconnecting you with this essential aspect of yourself. The part of you that knows… that loves… that is free.

Why does this matter?

I believe that most, if not all, of our problems, stem from feeling this disconnection from ourselves… from our spirit. Most of us have been raised to think that spirit is up there in the skiy, outside of ourselves, something we need to chase and seek. However, I have found this not to be the case. It is our very awareness that is our connection to spirit — to the intelligence of all that is. If we want a connection to spirit, the greatest gift we can give ourselves is the gift of expanding our self-awareness.

That is what I offer my clients, the ability to look honestly, transparently at themselves and their reality, so that they can come to know themselves as they truly are — so they can come to know their soul.

I have spent years investing in programs, plant medicine ceremonies, shamanic healings, bodywork, and mentoring that have developed my own self-awareness. I bring years of experience working with the unconscious aspects of myself and others to the table.

I have a strong intuitive sense that can smell where things are funky — and I specialize in resolving that funkiness. The greatest gift I’ve received from working with my mentor has been working with someone who can see what I have struggled to see. She was able to see me as I am, behind the facade/the charade of the ego, and into the depth of my soul. This is what I offer my clients as well, as I think it is the greatest gift we can offer someone. Being seen, being heard, but not in the ways the ego wants/thinks it needs… in the way that the soul knows it needs to be seen.

To be seen for who we truly are is important. It is valuable. It allows us to see ourselves — as we truly are — and to then create a life in alignment with that truth.
